Helping Creuzer move

So my college friend and old dormmate finally decided to come back to
the midwest after 3+ years in Florida. Mike got a 16' rental truck and
a double axle trailer for his small SUV. After a long and troublesome
drive up here over the weekend, I helped him unpack the truck to his
apt in Elgin. Even though he got half of it unloaded during the day,
there was still quite a lot of stuff. And not just regular boxes, but
ones that were all very heavy. This move made Natasha's seem like a
walk in the park; and I was just there for the unloading.

Here's a pic of just his second bedroom. The large items are in the
main room: the armoire, 110 gal fish tank, 5 sheets of plate glass.

Fortunately, he didnt fill the other bedroom with anything so he was
able to set up his custom built queen bed frame. I got a kick put of
all the stuff he has that was in the dorms, like the mini fridge in
the pic.

With my brother's help, the 3 of us were able to empty the last half
of the truck in just 2-1/2 hours. It was effortful, but I was very
happy to move a close friend into the area.

  1. Now that I know you're an expert mover I thought I'd let you know that we may be moving this summer. :)
