Independence Party

I went with CVS to his friend's (Berwanger) annual party. They live in the same neighborhood as Susie. This is their backyard. From left to right: house, garage, garage. Yea, pretty crazy. There was real lawn darts or bean bag toss; we took the latter since it was open. That's me taking my shot at this game for the first time. I've seen country people play this game before. I wasn't too bad though we all had our handicaps (see Kevin with his). Here's CVS being himself. I guess this helps him become one with the bean bag. Kurt attempted to sit in one of the lawn chairs (as had I). Mine was already bent and then it broke when I leaned over to hand Susie something. Kurt's armrests bent in half when he was leaning forward. I thought there were other weak points that would have collapsed before the armrests. The Burwanger kids left to go see Kenny Chesney, Kurt anxiously asked what the plan was for the rest of the day. The party had dwindled down to the parents & us. We moved over to Kurt's place. We then saw the Lake Zurich fireworks in the Jewel parking lot and watched Waiting again. I was pretty drained after all that fun. Posted by Picasa
