and I got it after college in 2003. I loved it because it wasn't
expensive. Also, I didnt have to monkey around memorizing the letters
on a phone keypad since it had a flip out full (qwerty) keypad.
Since I got spoiled with this great feature, I limited myself to
phones with full keyboards. However, now they're PDA's too. I've
oogled the iPhone ever since it was announced at the beginning of the
year. I looked at a few other phones, but just didnt care for the
interface. Finally, my gf told me to just get the iPhone since I like
it so much. And so, I bought it the last Sunday of oct.
I love the interface and the typing is great. I wouldnt be typing this
long entry on my iPhone if it were cumbersome. There are some
shortcomings like no voice activated dialing or exchange email
service. Those don't affect me; I just need my google info and I'm
happy.
Will this replace my 60gb iPod? No. I can't fit 200 CDs on this 8gb
device, but it does a much better job at sharing pictures.
What are your thoughts/ questions on the iPhone?
