Gen's pad

Last night, Gen had a small party at her new place. She was going to have it 7/15 after Shannon said she was moving her party to the end of the month. Then Shannon didn't end up moving her party and Gen cancelled her own. All in all, it worked out because everyone was able to go to each other's parties. The party comprised of Gen's friend from work, Dawn, Shannon, Brennan, and me. We sat around, drank and chatted. Gen & Dawn took the Metra over to Dirty Nellies, but the rest of us bummed out because we were getting tired. Sorry Gen, but that was a wild party. The apt. is a second floor studio of a house. She knows the people who own it, which is how she found it. It's a nice comfy place with its own stairway entrance. In the picture, I'm standing at the front doorway. I should have gotten more of the sitting area of the kitchen, but now you can't say you've seen all of Gen's place.
