Today turned out to be a busy day. The new shed got dropped off and then there was the fun with the animals. After all of that, I went to Buffalo Wild Wings with CVS and his HS friend Susie. Why? Because they just opened on near him in Vernon Hills and they have awesome wings. Well, tonight we went for the 50¢ legs. At first, I was expecting the same size legs you get when you order batches of wings. Contrary to my preconceptions, these were regular (KFC, Brown's) size legs. It was time to try some new sauces. Asian Zing for Chris, Parmesean Garlic for Susie, and Spicy Garlic for me. Actually, we split them all. The asian zing was kind of like a slightly spicy sweet & sour sauce (not quite the same flavor, but same consistency). The spicy garlic is very close to typical buffalo sauce; probably why I like it so much. The parmesean had no heat to it (hence why Susie liked it), but had a good flavor. I like parmesean on pasta more than chicken legs though. Chris's goal is to try all the sauces (good luck). My goal is to find another flavor that I like equally close to, or second best to, spicy garlic. I think Susie's goal is to not burn her mouth with spice.
